Open positions and projects

Interested in joining the Distributed and Networked Control Systems (DNCS) Group? We seek motivated and talented PhD students and postdoctoral researchers with a strong mathematical background to perform research in the interdisciplinary area of Networked Control Systems, combining Control, Communications and Information Theories.

Postdoctoral Researchers:

We have openings for postdoctoral researchers, which will be announced here:

  • Postdoctoral Researcher Position on Wireless Networked Control Systems (Expired: 31 August 2018)
  • Postdoctoral Researcher Position on Wireless Networked Control Systems (Expired: 31 March 2019)

You may also consider applying for the following fellowships:

Interested candidates are encouraged to contact me.

PhD students:
  • PhD student position in Wireless Networked Control Systems (Expired: 20 July 2018)

Visiting faculty:

If you are interested in visiting the Department of Electrical Engineering and Automation for a short-term research stay, we may be able to offer financial support. Feel free to get in touch for further information.

Visiting PhD students:

We offer a limited number of openings for visiting PhD students (recommended duration is 1-6 months). We cannot offer financial support usually, but will provide office space, access to University facilities, and a stimulating research environment. Feel free to contact me with a concrete research and publication plan.

Master projects:

The available M.Sc. thesis topics from Control, Robotics and Autonomous Systems (CRAS) major can be found here. If you are interested in a different topic, you are more than welcome to propose your own project.
